By now I think most people in the world are online or have access to the internet. What most don’t know is that there is a huge amount of income to be made for a minimal cost of even for free!

I was going though my DVD sets today and I came across one of Carl Galletti's Superconferences. On one of the DVDs was a US attorney who is also an internet marketer. What she had to say about audio files brought me out in a cold sweat.

I kid you not....this is going to have a resounding affect for a lot of internet marketers who use audio files. She warns that mp3 is an international standard that has been patented and that there is an international body called the World Trade Organization that governs these standards so its not just an American issue but a world wide issue.

The WTO requires that the patent holder(s) do two things1) they must license that patent2) they must also collect royaltiesThe problem is everybody thinks mp3 is free but its NOT. Thomson, who issues the licenses, has been gearing up attornies to go after individuals and businesses who have not complied to the licensing regulations.

They are even building software to "spider" the internet for websites that have the mere mention of mp3, so they don't have to do it manually.This way they will be able to find the violators. They can then potentially take those violators to court for license and royalty fees. Its not just selling the files that violates the license.

Anytime an mp3 file is downloaded, put onto a CD, streamed or even given away as a bonus for maybe an opt-in list, you can be potentially be responsible for paying a royalty fee based on the entire gross revenue from ANY sales from that opt-in list. Its not just future sales but past and present. It also affects your affiliates. Millionaire Bootcamp 2007

Welcome to Wave Marketing Direct. Its been a long time coming but at last its here! That's me with Ted Nicholas at the bootcamp. What a gentleman he is!

Last year and for the 2nd year running, Andrew organised his now famous Bootcamp down in sunny Bournemouth, UK (my neck of the woods) with all proceeds going to Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital in London, UK.

A total of over £400,000 was raised from ticket sales and the venue was packed.I'm glad to say it was in my home town of Bournemouth so that was even better. The event finished today and guest speakers over the 3 days were:

In case you're wondering who Dominic O'Brien is, all I can say is that his memory is something else so its no wonder he's 8 times World Memory Champion.

One of the highlights was seeing Ted Nicholas dancing his way around the auditorium to the sound of 'Night Fever' in the background and everybody on their feet clapping and dancing.

Every speaker gave good information but as always, Allan, Yanik, Armand and Derek were the best in my mind. My only gripe would be trying to speak to Andrew, Tim Lowe and some of the speakers. Possibly having the panel on stage to answer questions would have been good.

If you've not been yet to Andrew's Bootcamp, I would suggest that this year you make getting to a seminar a certainty, if you're looking to make a millionaire lifestyle for yourself.
